Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, Tina is responsible for the company’s overall strategic development and operation.
Tina joined in 2016 and has a track record of improving business performance. Her experience focuses primarily on software and services companies across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and India.
Chief Financial Officer
Stefan is our Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for providing financial and business leadership and helping to determine and deliver the company strategy.
Stefan joined in June 2020 from the Capita group where he was Divisional Finance Director for Capita Software. He has extensive experience in senior finance roles in software and technology companies having also worked for Logica/CGI and Fujitsu in both the UK and mainland Europe.
Chairperson
Senior Vice President, Head of Digital Finance, Global Business Unit of NEC Corporation. Prior to joining NEC, Tomoki was a founding member of Japan Industrial Solutions Co, Ltd, a Japanese private equity fund management company, and served as Chief Investment Officer and a board member. Prior to Japan Industrial Solutions, Tomoki was Managing Director and the co-head of the principal investment business of Morgan Stanley Japan. Tomoki holds an MBA from University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business.
Director
Since joining NEC Corporation in 2004, he has been working for developing new digital business especially in digital finance space.
His current role at NEC is to incubate new business by promoting more synergies among NEC Group companies.
One of his passions is creating new business to empower people, where citizens have fairer access to personalized services and easier control of one’s data. To that end, he has been contributing to a couple of Japanese Governments’ projects such as “Trusted Web initiative”.
Director
Erika is the General Manager, Head of Corporate Finance and Global Treasury Department of NEC Corporation. Before joining NEC in 2021, she worked for Nissan Motor for over 15 years, including 2 years at Nissan Europe in France. At Nissan, she was mainly in charge of the Treasury and contributed to the company’s global expansion from a financial perspective. She started her professional career at Nomura Securities, where she provided financial insights to Japanese top companies.
Director
Mitsuyo Nishioka is a general manager of DGDF strategy department at NEC, and is responsible for strategic business planning in the arena of digital government and digital finance businesses.
Through her over 25 years of experience with global business management at NEC, she has a lot of successful records of delivering a wide range of products and services to telecom operators worldwide. In her previous role, she led smart city business development in Japan by advocating a new way of urban management, which was purpose-driven city management.
