We’re a team of user-centred design (UCD) practitioners and educators who help you make sense of UCD, including Service Design, User Research, Content Design, Interaction Design and Accessibility.  

Our approach to learning empowers you and your team to progress towards design maturity and provides an opportunity to learn in a safe, relaxed and fun environment.

Our relaxed and fun courses are designed by educators and facilitated by our UCD experts. We mix theory and practical, giving you the opportunity to try new things in a safe space. We keep our cohort sizes small and do our best to meet accessibility needs.

WAYS YOU CAN LEARN WITH US

Individuals and small groups can learn on our regular online courses. If you’re interested in training your team, we can work together to create bespoke learning experiences. We also offer mentoring from our UCD experts.

Online Courses

Individuals and small groups can learn on our regular online courses covering core UCD topics from the basics through to in-depth masterclasses.

In-house Training

We can build bespoke courses equipping your teams with skills which fit your working style and culture (online or in person). 

Mentoring

We can help you make sense of changing practice with one-on-one support and guidance though our course and mentoring packages.
