Joined by a guest panel of practitioners in the criminal justice system, Marco and Imran explored the reasons why there is often poor engagement with providers, giving real-world examples.

They also examine how modern technology help to empower those in the system and improve service user engagement. With examples of technology already being used and a look into our specialist application.
