But wait… what is Service Design?

Service Design is a usercentred process that takes into account how all parts of a service work together, to meet the needs of the people that use it, and the organisations that deliver it. It’s much more than sticky notes and high fives. It gets to the root of systemic and complex problems, and provides the tools and methods to deliver and drive sustainable change.
