In-house Training

How we can support your teams

We are passionate about upskilling others in UCD, and helping organisations on their journey to design maturity. We are able to provide all of our public courses, as well as bespoke courses, as in-house learning programmes for your team.

In-house training options

Training sessions

Training in person or online for teams of up to 25 people, this can be arranged at a time and location to suit your team. Sessions range from half a day to multiple days of training.

Senior leaders session

Sessions with senior leaders and stakeholders to explain UCD or Service Design and advocate for it’s use.    

Hackathons and design thinking workshops

Workshops for groups to follow a creative design thinking process around a relevant brief, where teams work together to propose solutions to a challenge. 

Away days

Support on team away days with training and interactive activities.  

Public talks

Our team of experts are experienced public speakers and are happy to share expertise and experience or sit on panels at events.

Who does the training?

We have a team of training champions who are not only experienced UCD professionals, but also have experience upskilling individuals and teams across a range of sectors.  

Several members of our team are also trained educators with many years experience of higher education design teaching, who ensure our training is well designed and delivers appropriate learning outcomes.
