By replacing tapes and DVDs, it makes information easier to record, store and review so you can get instant answers to simple questions, like the timing of a particular session. Media Manager integrates with case management systems so you can link a session to someone’s record. It also automates compliance as it has the latest data protection regulations built in.

Simple 3 stage process

Media Manager makes it easier to capture, store and share high-quality video footage in 3 simple steps: 

1. Locked-down smart device with a mobile app is set up on a portable tripod. 
2. The device records audio and video securely during the session.
3. The recording is instantly uploaded securely. 

The device then syncs to the Media Manager portal, allowing users with the right permissions to review the sessions and complete quality assurance reports.
